boys at T in the Park 2008. Hectic Life dry-cleaned 10 suits and laundered 10 shirts for the singers and band during a 2 hour period today. The clothes had been wore last night for the gig at Oxegen in Dublin. I received them at 12.20 pm today and had them ready for pickup by 2.20 pm.

Hilary is back and its T in the park!

Over the last 2 months I have been working to reintroduce these services back into the Hectic Life portfolio. I have drawn on past experience and feedback to put together a successful solution for Letting agents and Landlords.

I have addressed past problem areas and Hectic Life is now ready to re-launch these services. To do this successfully and provide a value for money excellent service we are going to provide the following:

FREE QUOTATIONS FOR ALL SITES.

This will allow us to fully assess the job in hand and allow us to do the preparation for a perfect clean, first time, every time.

LIASE WITH THE AGENT AND PROVIDE A PERSONAL SERVICE

All customers will have my mobile number and email address so I can be the main point of contact. This will allow the service to be timely, effective and meet individual needs.

CLEAN SATISFACTION

I, Hilary Braidwood, will be on site and taking part in all cleans. This allows me to check the other staffs work is up to standard and also answer any subsequent questions a client may have.

DEDECATED TEAM

From the last time we provided this service I have learned that it does not work having domestic cleaners undertaking this type of work. I have now put in place a team of 2 cleaners specifically to undertake these jobs. This will allow the time to be spent and jobs not to be rushed. This team will only have a letting job each day. This means that they have no time pressures on them from having to achieve more than that job in the day. This will allow us to spend the time required and provide an excellent standard of cleaning.

COST
All cleans will be charged at £12.00 per hour. Additional charges will be made for parking charges at cost if required.

We can also arrange and liaise with carpet cleaners and window cleaner if required.
